Joy had the honor of spending the last day of a Bible training program with the 12 missionaries Pastor Zerihun has been intensely discipling these past 2 years.  They in turn discipled 4 others, leveraging the school’s impact to 60 people.

A new class begins this month with 18 leaders.  They will meet for 1 week, 4 times a year, for 2 years.

Jason and Joy visited three new churches recently constructed in our evangelism area. We also had sweet fellowship in hut and house churches.  Our church family is growing by leaps and bounds!  Read more

Kindergarten families will receive bags of corn – their food staple.  Recent crop failure has resulted in widespread hunger.  Many thanks to those who have generously helped feed families by purchasing food and goats through our gift catalog.

Goats donated through our gift catalog are being used to make a yummy wat (stew) to supplement kindergarten lunches twice a month. This gift of protein will do wonders for students’ overall health.
